Every wig is checked by hand before it leaves us. made-to-order wigs within 5–6 weeks. Adding a custom cut takes one extra week. Delivery time is on top of this and depends on your country and carrier.
We ship to the Netherlands, the EU and the UK. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay. EU prices include VAT with no customs charges. For UK orders, any import duties are calculated at checkout so the total you see is the total you pay.
Every order is sent tracked and signed for, in plain outer packaging with no mention of what’s inside. We don’t ship to PO boxes.
Made-to-order and customised pieces, including pre-cut lace and custom cuts, can’t be returned for a change of mind, but you can cancel free of charge until production starts.
If your wig arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, email natalie@sheiswearingit.com with your order number and photos. We’ll cover the return and sort a repair, replacement or refund. Full details in our Returns & Refund Policy.
